Beech Cottage is a mid-terrace property in Nether Kellet, a village within reach of the Lune estuary and Lancashire's quieter coastline. The Limeburners Arms sits nearby for an evening out. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double upstairs and a pair of singles, with a family bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Downstairs, the living space combines a sitting area with an electric woodburner and smart TV, flowing through to a kitchen and dining room at the rear where you can cook properly—there's a full cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, linen and towels are all included.
The main draw is the enclosed rear garden and patio, ideal for settling in with a book or letting a dog run about; the space comes furnished for sitting out. Access to the first-floor bedrooms involves steep stairs, and there is a step into the garden itself. On-road parking is available. The cottage doesn't permit smoking. It works well for small families or couples after a base for exploring the area without the fuss of a hotel, and dogs stay free.
