Blue Sands

Blue Sands is a second-floor apartment directly overlooking Morecambe Bay. The main living space centres on a bay window framing a 180-degree panorama of the water and distant Lakeland fells—the dining area sits right in this window, so meals come with an ever-changing seascape as backdrop. A Smart TV, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine cover the essentials; Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included. Parking is on the road outside.

The double bedroom is at the rear; the single bedroom at the front also has a large window onto the bay. One shower cubicle serves both. Getting in involves 32 steps up an internal communal staircase. The property is non-smoking.

Morecambe itself is a traditional seaside town with a sandy beach and long promenade, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and takeaways all nearby. Three guests maximum; the apartment suits couples or small families wanting to be right on the water.
