The lodge sleeps two in a kingsize bed, with one bathroom, and everything on ground level accessed via a single step to the entrance. An open-plan living space connects kitchen, dining and sitting areas through bi-fold doors that open onto a private patio and enclosed garden with furniture. The fireplace, smart TV and games occupy the living end; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. A walk-in shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating complete the facilities.

The Forest of Bowland surrounds the area, offering walking routes, cycling trails and access to local restaurants and villages. Beaches, mountains and major cities lie within an hour's drive. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is private parking on site and a bike store available on request. The property is no-smoking, and is not suitable for children under 18. Note that the garden contains three steps.
