What visitors say
Really enjoyed our play today! Usually I pay for my baby to attend soft plays with her sister and wonder what I actually paid for. Well this time I was satisfied and happy with what I paid for! There was plenty for her to do meaning we managed to stay the full 2 hours and her 3 year old sister was very happy. Lots to do for my 3 year old, I think this is the only soft play where my daughter was happy to explore. We had lots of fun and giggles together. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful! Very chatty. We were asked if we were enjoying our visit and I could confidently say yes. It’s half an hours drive away but I’m very happy to make this trip. I can’t review the food today, but my mother in law has been before and said that she’d ordered cheese toasties and they’d been very nice. We’ll be back very soon knowing both girls will be entertained. Another thing noted, although we’d signed a waiver and read T&Cs, the woman who let us in went through safety with us again, meaning there was no room for safety error. I appreciate how seriously safety is taken, as I witnessed today when a young boy jumped in whilst my daughter was on the bumper cars (whilst his dad let him run around there!) and one of the young male staff was over extremely quickly to sort this out as I’d stopped her so she didn’t end up running him over. He gave her another go as she had to stop for most of her go. I want to mention how kind the member of staff was to this young boy who didn’t want to come out, he was so calm and gentle with him (verbally, no physical contact) which convinced him out of the area. Thanks Funtazia 👍🏼

Visited first week of school holidays and surprisingly it was very quiet. Children enjoyed it but I was disappointed at paying extra for the quads and some other things. Also not keen on arcade machines being there but that’s just me. Staff were really good and very attentive to my grandson when he couldn’t get off the very high swings (not sure why they’re so high up but I couldn’t have reached him. No idea how he even got on there). As it was so quiet not all areas were manned but kids didn’t mind going and finding someone to open things up. I do think it worked out quite expensive when adding in extras (quads were £2 but unbelievably short time on them). The carousel sits 3 and is pay for. Another child decided to join in without asking. His parent should teach manners. The toilets were plentiful but a bit shabby and could have done with one of the alleged regular checks. Nobody had signed the cleaning list that day so can only conclude hadn’t been checked. Overall, despite the moans, the kids enjoyed it and do want to go again.

I saw funtazia as a review in tiktok and booked it straight away it looked great on the review. Well we wasn't disappointed although we went on a rain Sunday it was busy, but it's the first play center we've seen our granddaughter really enjoy herself. She is SEND and normaly she just plays in the area she's fells comfortable in. This time she was on everything and Funtazia has everything. For SEND children it's a fantastic play center. We enjoyed some reasonably priced food and drink the place is so clean it really was a pleasure and we had a great two hours. We will be going back definitely....thank you to the team at funtazia for a great afternoon well done on a great place.

Reviewers consistently praise this play center for its wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including good trampolines and a good bouncy castle, alongside reasonably priced food and friendly, helpful staff.
Other reviews mention parking can be difficult and the play area can be poorly maintained.
