We absolutely loved it here. The views were awesome. Okay shower and toilets but nothing fancy. Great price good value for money. The staff are really friendly. They made us very welcome. We loved the animals in the fields wandering round. The free range eggs we bought were delicious. I would 100 percent recommend it here and would definitely like to stop again we were passing. Thanks for a great stopover.

Travelled with my husband and 9 year old son and came across this campsite while searching on the day. Lovely grass pitches and spacious for families. Quiet campsite and lovely staff. The occupants were all friendly too. Langholm is a short walk away with a few pubs/hotels and shops for supplies. Facilities for washing up and showers/toilets all clean. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing campsite. Owners are very friendly and don’t mind a chat, ensuring you are settled in. The shop on site is nice, fresh eggs are lovely. Facilities are basic but 2 of the toilets are modern. This is reflected in the price. The pitches are spacious and the campsite is peaceful with some amazing views and the stars at night, just wow!! The sheep are canny cute also 😊 I also had booked the wrong dates, the owners were more than happy to assist by swopping the dates without any extra cost. All in all a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return 👍

Lovely owners, fantastic campsite, and great location. Plenty of walks to do in the area, and loads of old ruins and castles about to go visit. We had a fantastic time. Many thanks 👍 x
