What visitors say
Friendly welcome, quiet adult only site with thoughtfully spaced pitches. Easy bus access to Lincoln but not much else to walk to nearby apart from a short walk around the two small lakes. Only 2 shower/toilet cubicles which are unisex which I dislike and a separate toilet. The showers have to be up there with one of the dirtiest I have come across in many years of camping. They don't look they have had a deep clean in a long while! Wouldn't stay again unfortunately.

A truly lovely site, it was quiet when we stayed, good clean shower rooms, nice hot water. Well lite site. Great support from owners when we arrived without booking, good advice for a suitable pitch for out van. Two lovely fishing lakes which were a delight to walk around, fish were fascinating to watch especially when the jumped out of water. Lovely people onsite to chat to. Nice lite site shop for basics and for fishing supplies. We did not fish so no idea on price etc. people who were fishing were catching and enjoying the chase. Overall great place will return soon.

I stayed in the B&B with my husband for 4 nights. The double room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable and it has all the facilities you need. The bathroom is a good size with a lovely shower. We definitely recommend staying here. We had a delicious cooked breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The owners are extremely friendly and very helpful. Our friends were staying in their caravan, with a pitch by one of the fishing lakes. We fished every day and caught plenty of fish.

Great little find, right on a bus route into Lincoln. Well kept pitches but book, there are some rural pitches which we did for two nights under the trees by the lake. Jackie & John are very helpful and friendly. There isn't a motorhome grey water disposal point, so you will need a grey waster container to ferry waster to drain, John does have them available to borrow. Electric hookup is metered. You do hear the A road traffic but it's not over powering, and the trains are not very frequent so don't really disturb you. If you are into fishing them this is a must well stocked carp lakes, and a great area sectioned off for dogs to run wild.
