Springfields Annex is a detached one-bedroom property within the Springfields Designer Outlet complex near Spalding. The single bedroom has a kingsize bed, and there's an ensuite with shower. The open-plan living space combines kitchen and dining areas on the first floor, with an electric cooker and hob for self-catering. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The property sits within a shopping outlet surrounded by garden grounds with a sitting area; a shared back garden is also available. Two cars can park on site. The complex itself houses a mix of high-street brands at discounted prices, plus cafés and dining options. Lincoln is a short drive away, offering the Cathedral, Castle and Brayford Waterfront. Closer by are country pubs, farm shops and quiet village surroundings suited to walking and cycling. The area suits couples looking for a low-key rural base with easy access to shops and a nearby city.

The shops are fine but not that many. Parking is £1/£2 which is good. If you want an ordinary lunch don't bother unless you want to spend a lot of money. Jacket potato is £10+. There are no standard cafes . Pizza express has just opened but we don't like the food. Travelled 10 minutes in to Spalding and found some nice affordable lunch. Free parking as well.

Nice shops and plently of choice for food and drink. Cheap parking but the bays are quite tight / small. This would have been 5 stars but the gardens look really neglected since the last time we came a couple of years ago. The Japanese gardens no longer had the pattened stones and the weeds have gotten huge. Overall a lovely afternoon out.

Lovely time here definitely recommend apart from one thing let it down sadly Stopped for a coffee at the large posh cafe and ordered and paid for it told by a very abrupt rude lady sit on end as we wanted to sit outside as weather was lovely It was because we didn't order food im guessing We wanted over 20 minutes patiently then I went in after 25 mins to ask if they had forgotton us a nicer lady said so sorry I will check in the mean time i had even held the door open for the other lady as her hands were full with meals Not even a smile or a thank you And I was brought up to to know manners cost nothing. Good news our drinks came adventurly bad news my patners cup was chipped in 3 places which was not good 😔 especially for a a cafe as posh as this Cafe im talking about is in my picture

Had the absolute best day here today with our toddler! We brought our beach wagon and it was so easy to pull around—plenty of space and really accessible layout. Clean facilities, great shops, and lots to keep a little one entertained. We’ll definitely be back!
