Lavenham is a lovely place to visit. Plenty to do/explore... church, guild hall, crooked house etc., and choice of lovely pubs to visit for drinks or a meal.

Not only is the The Crooked House one of the most incredible buildings in Lavenham, but the custodians Alex and Oli, are the kindest and most welcoming hosts you could ever wish for. Their passion and love for the Crooked House is both a joy and inspiration. I cannot recommend highly enough a visit to the Crooked House, such a memorable experience. Thank you so much.

If you wish to go back to Victorian England then life as a rich wool merchant could be for you. What an immersive experience from start to finish. Not for the larger person due to narrow staircase and small doorways.
