Old Barn is a converted farmhouse annexe in Whittington village, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ground floor has an open-plan living and dining space with a wood burner, plus a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob and full appliances. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a super kingsize bed and one with two singles, each with an en-suite shower room. One well-behaved dog can stay at no extra cost. The property comes with its own patio and garden area, parking for up to four cars on site, and a bike store.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with the initial fuel for the wood burner. The village location puts you within reach of Lichfield's three-spired cathedral and museums, while Ashbourne's Georgian market town character and Burton-on-Trent's brewing attractions are also nearby. Walking routes cross the surrounding countryside. Smoking is not permitted inside.
