What visitors say
Beautiful house with lots of interesting history but my favourite things was the kitchen gardens. The flower displays were gorgeous. All staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The lunch at the cafe was nice too. It's not an enormous house so you can easily see everything in an afternoon.

What I enjoyed most wasn't the house itself but the scale of the park. There are enough paths, open spaces and quiet corners to make every walk feel slightly different. It's a reminder that a well-designed landscape doesn't need to be dramatic to leave a lasting impression. One of my favourite places for a long, unhurried walk in the area.

Audley End House is an absolutely stunning day out. The house is beautifully preserved, the gardens are immaculate, and the grounds are perfect for a relaxing walk. There’s so much history to explore, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you're into historic homes or just looking for a peaceful place to spend a few hours, it's well worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🌿🏛️

A stunning country house with some amazingly well preserved interiors. Theres alot to do here and a lot of history well kept and presented too. Was even more impressed with the grounds and gardens that brought so much colour and wildlife to them. This is worth the entry price as there's so much to explore. My only advice is bring a small bag over a backpack as you cannot wear one in the house. I will definitely be back.
