We had the absolute pleasure of staying for one night at the East Beach Guest House, run by the fantastic Mark and Rich. What a wonderful find! The King room we stayed in was beautifully curated. With a keen eye for interiors, I truly appreciated the thoughtful design and flawless attention to detail. The crisp, luxury clean bed linens made for an incredibly comfortable night's sleep, and the small touches—like having a proper coffee machine in the room—really elevated the whole experience. Mark and Rich were wonderful hosts and gave us a brilliant recommendation to eat at the local pub, which was just a lovely, scenic walk up the river. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend booking here if you are in the area!

Perfect B&B near the beach offering a clean, cozy room with a delicious breakfast. The host is friendly ensuring a good stay and suggesting restaurants and towns to visit. They even offer free port in the evening, such a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Best stay ever. - Found this place last minute due to an unforeseen breakdown. Genuinely it was the best place we’ve ever stayed. My partner and I regularly do weekends away and are always dissatisfied with the rooms not being a nice as their pictures. But with the east beach guest house, we took our shoes off as we walked into the room. It was so clean and clearly well kept. It looked better than the pictures. Rich and Mark are both so lovely and welcoming and very accommodating. They went the extra mile for our dogs as well so we couldn’t be happier we chose to stay there. Going to be the only place we return to! Looking forward to our next visit :)

My favourite guest house when kitesurfing in Littlehampton! The East Beach Guest House is an oasis of peace, comfort and relaxation. Every detail in the house was carefully thought of, dare I say with love. From high quality bedding to toiletries and the drawing room facing the sea. Hosts Mark and Richard are the sweetest and they make you feel right at home. I am a repeat fan and can't wait to be back ❤️
