Absolutely amazing place. Friendly staff always willing to help out. Started the gym with my partner and got a couples membership which gives us all the bells and whistles great value for money. And now the pool is reopened too it's a great place

Decently sized centre. Haven’t used the big sports hall where they do classes and other activities only did the gym. Has 2 gym rooms and has most machines (doesn’t have bicep curl machine). However the pool, sauna and steam are all closed for the foreseeable with no indication when they’ll be back open.

Most of the staff here are really nice and helpful but some of the male staff (straight brown hair short with fringe) is incredibly rude considering that I’m paying for the hour and he’s telling me to leave considerably early (15 min) when I payed for an hour just so he could set up when there were 2 other courts available. Spend your money elsewhere.

Staff here are very unhelpful and very rude! We politely requested on numerous occasions for the loud music played during their small group session on Sundays (organised by lifestyles themselves) to be lowered in the sports hall as we were using the badminton courts but they chose to not only increase the volume but to purposely point the speaker towards us! Very poorly managed!
