What guests say
I stsyed during the warm weather and didn't sleep the 4 nights as I was there due to no air conditioning. All my drinks were warm due to this and the fan didn't help at all. I tried going outside the hotel but the amount of rats running around made my anxiety very bad, so I had to go back to my room which was so hot. The staff at reception were lovely and very understanding especially 2 of them were nothing was too much trouble. I won't stay here again as much as I love the comfy beds sorry

The room i was in, was the old style. Comfortable, but had a damp smell to it. The staff are exceptional. I stayed for an extended time due to my old man having an OP at the chest and heart hospital. Unfortunately he didnt make it. The staff where incredible, from when we arrived to when we left. They helped and supported us in every way they could. Exceptional.

Staff friendly Room clean Bed comfortable Big put off, Bedding and towels smelt like pure grease! I don't know if they was previously stored beside the kitchen or near the extractors for the kitchen, I thought it was the bedding to start with but the towels where the same. Horrible fried bread smell Food was ok , I just had dinner. Wasn't great to be fair. Just ok Overall 3 out of 5
