Stayed here with my husband and kids for a brief stop to explore Liverpool before the next leg of our trip. We instantly received a warm welcome from Steve and the rest of the staff who made sure we had what we need. The place is charming and full of character with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Streets were well lit with just the right distance from the city center to enjoy some peace and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer - but our brief stay was comfy and pleasant without breaking the bank.

This little hotel is brilliant, the staff were lovely (Donna was incredible) she showed me around the entire complex after asking what I was here for. I told her I was here for the Liverpool match and she promptly showed me their incredible bar area covered ceiling to floor in Liverpool memorabilia! The rooms were clean & they are huge! I originally booked a single room as I was travelling on my own, but was upgraded when I got there. A short walk (20-30 mins) from the stadium it’s a perfect location if you are attending Anfield. Slightly far out from the city centre, but an uber only cost me £6 - which I think is brilliant. I will 100% be booking again next time I attend Anfield, could not fault the people nor the place at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

Was booked last minute as our other hotel double booked, glad we changed it. Met a lady called Donna at the door and she was amazing Shown us to our rooms, upgraded us to breakfast and changed our rooms to accommodate our group so we could share as we saw fit. Shown us the downstairs bar/pool/ darts room, took in our own drinks had a blast after the rave
