I had a fantastic stay at Formby Hall Resort, made even better by the outstanding service from Ashish. Ashish went above and beyond by rearranging our bedroom to ensure we had the best possible night’s sleep. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine desire to help really stood out. The resort itself is excellent, with great facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and a team that clearly cares about delivering a first-class guest experience. It’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and Ashish is a real credit to Formby Hall. Thank you again for the exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Formby Hall Resort and look forward to returning.

We stayed for a spa break on 4/7/26. It included 50min massage, glass of prosecco, use of the spa facilities, £25 voucher dinner pp, 1 overnight stay in standard double room. Enjoyed our day a lot. The staff in the spa and in the main restaurant were all really nice people, friendly and professional, they all paid special attention to details and did their job really well. Our room is beautiful, clean and the bed is comfy. A lovely touch of ESPA minis in our bathroom too 😍. Only thing I would change is go have the spa facilities just for adults to keep it nice and relaxing instead of kids bombing on the pool, but maybe that's something to look at. Other than my preference, fab weekend thankyou x

I took my partner for a relaxing spa and birthday break away treat. Bar staff and reception were fantastic to start .. the food was great 5 star 100%… the best club sandwich we’ve had and the steak was world class, the service at breakfast was a little slow considering it was quiet but on overall a great experience . The room over looked the 18th fairway and green and was very clean and exactly what we wanted . The spa and massage was absolutely top level , explanation and hands on amazing .. after care with it was a good to. 100% we will visit again ..

Spa treatments and facilities were excellent. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Nice to have a mini fridge in there. Tea and Coffee selection was better than most and great they had real milk. Points to improve Hotel seemed understaffed. Rarely saw anyone on reception and when trying to contact them by phone, no one answered 3 times. Flowers were dead in the reception on arrival however they were changed during our stay. No smart tv in the room which was a disappointment.
