We stayed for one night in May 2022. We were greeted on arrival and shown up to our room, felt very welcomed. We stayed in the Burton Suite which was a great size and very nicely kitted out, lots of nice details like multiple mirrors at the dressing table. Bathroom was huge and gorgeous, and well stocked, it was nice to have the separate sitting area and the bed itself was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good, nice selection to choose from and made to order, the toast especially was so good and somehow stayed hotter than it does when I walk with toast from my own kitchen to lounge at home! Service throughout our stay was friendly but unobtrusive and everything was scrupulously clean. The B&B is well located and within very easy walking distance of the town, beach, pier and other attractions.

We stayed for an overnight stay on the 23rd February. What a lovely place to stay at. Steve and Jane made us so welcome. The room was spotless and spacious so homely. Breakfast was superb will certainly not come away hungry. Will certainly stay again on a return to Southport. Thankyou both for welcoming us into your lovely B & B.

Absolutley amazing!! Our suite was beautiful. Couldn't have asked for anything more. They were so friendly. Breakfast was fresh and coffee was great. Thanks so much will be back to see you again.

8pm on a very cold Sunday evening, my energy supplier decided to not send an emergency engineer out to rectify the issue. Within 30 minutes of calling Vale House they had a warm room ready and waiting. All this in the midst of a pandemic when I suppose they wouldn't expect guests. The room was immaculately clean, the welcome was warm and friendly. All coronavirus law adhered to, I honestly felt as though I was on holiday for a few nights, despite living less than a mile away. Ever helpful yet not intrusive, Rebecca and Margaret ensured FRESH milk was in the fridge in the room, PROPER teabags and toiletries were stocked up. I lay in my comfortable bed thinking to myself...if you do ever leave Southport and come back to visit, make sure you remember this place.
