Rooms and facilities are good but a staff member unlocked and opened my room without even knocking, not even close to the check-out time. It really put me off, very concerning in terms of privacy. Other staff are nice tho

Booked last minute to stay on a matchday - was brilliant value for money! Car park felt safe and location is very easy to access from the motorway. Staff were also very polite and helpful. No complaints at all!

This was our second visit and once again great for what we want while visiting family on the area. We were having an issue getting in to the room after dinner, but before we could report the issue staff were on the case and on had to sort out the issue. Love the idea of the little kition area as well if you are passing through or working away i guess. We will be back, without question.
