We stayed here for Magic Weekend 2026 Location was ideal as not far from the Hill Dickinson Stadium and plenty of options for food on an evening The hotel had been fully refurbished and communal areas were really well presented The room was ok with comfy beds but some marks on the carpet. The bathroom has been refurbished to a basic standard The staff, particularly Lisa the assistant manager, were friendly Breakfast was a great deal, paid for 2 adults and 2 kids ate free. Basic hotel products but more than adequate Excellent value all in all

A functional hotel that will do the job, nothing more. Staff on reception kind and helpful, but room was basic, with no opening window and not an excellent standard of cleanliness. Shower good although the room flooded somewhat both times I used it. Location is near a main road so reasonably easy to access, but not excellent. If you need to stay here you will, otherwise there are likely better options available. Not great value for money at £130 a night.

Just got here today, free parking all around even though pay signs are up. The ladies on reception are very warm and welcoming. I travel weekly for work and spend quite a lot of time in travelodge but this one is spotless. Every corridor has an amazing scent. My room is absolutely spotless, towels folded with perfection. Yes its a 15 minute drive into Liverpool but its lovely and quiet. One of the best travelodge hotels ive stayed at.

The way staff talk to customers and other staff members is highly concerning so much so jve reports have been made ro external agencies. They had council woman living there indecently touching guests and staff with the excuse she is vulnerable. Ive heard housekeepers talk.to others in an absolutely derogatory manor ive raised all these concerns to ACAS and Haealth and Safety given the sbsolite state of the place. Irs such a shame ive hsd to give 1 star for this review becahse otherwise it would be a strong 0 stars. Its clear staff with titles (managers / suoervisors) are into bullying those under them.
