The owner, a yoga teacher and aromatherapist, offers massage and reflexology by arrangement—ideal after kayaking, coasteering or rock climbing in the surrounding Carmarthenshire countryside. Llandeilo's independent eateries are ten minutes away, or venture to Carmarthen for proper fish and chips. With renewable energy, recycling and a genuine commitment to peace and wildlife, this tiny retreat feels worlds away from everyday life, even if facilities lean deliberately rustic.

Beautiful peaceful setting. Wonderful hosts . The house is lovely with fab arty touches and the yoga studio is perfect. The addition of yoga swings, sauna, ice plunge and hot tub is lovely too. thank you so much for being great hosts at the last Reset Retreat by Dan and Joe. your place, although some parts a work in progress, was beautiful. a lovely, peaceful escape. the barn conversion looks stunning and is very comfortable. sauna and cold plunge are perfect, with nice views; I also really liked the little seating area here. the kitchen and two lounges are great, social spaces. loved the big glass doors out to the garden where my favourite hanging egg chair is and the awesome addition of the hot tub. the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. loved all the decor and feel of the place, very zen, very cosy, well-laid out and the kitchen space was big and inviting
