What visitors say

Emma Laybourne

Excellent camping spot! We stayed for just one night but will definitely return. Very quiet, by a lovely river which me and the dogs had a dip in and next to a gorgeous old church with lots of history behind it. Ann and Mike were extremely helpful and friendly and the facilities were spotless. Thank you!

Beautiful quiet site (this could be a negative for some if they have children, but ours loved listening to the birds) Riverside on site so the kids could go and throw stones. Clean facilities, even a kettle with coffee and tea. Disliked Not a lot of space between pitches, or room for the kids to run around.

June 2025 Very standard campsite with mostly permanent residents, but felt welcomed nonetheless. They had a little kitchen with a kettle and a level pitch for our tent.
