Bryn Villa

Bryn Villa comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The bungalow is single-storey throughout, with a living room (40" TV, Freesat, DVD), a separate kitchen and dining room, a conservatory, and a utility room with washing machine. Three bedrooms sleep five: two kingsize doubles and one single bed. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle, plus a separate toilet.

The property sits on a working farm outside Howey in Powys, accessed via a farm track. An enclosed lawned garden has patio furniture and a barbecue, and you have exclusive use of a private hot tub for six. One dog is welcome and stays free, though dogs must be kept on a lead across the farm grounds because of livestock. Parking for two cars is on site, and there is a bike store. The location puts you within easy reach of Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells (about 3 miles away), with footpaths running through the farm itself and the Elan Valley roughly 10 miles distant for cycling and walking. No smoking inside the property.
