A lovely and welcoming campsite with some good sized fish. There is a pub down the road and about a 25 minute drive to elan village. The toilets and showers are very clean aswell as the wash station.

Absolutely stunning views and surroundings on this little lakeside campsite! Everything was kept so well maintained with clean toilets and showers (showers 20p a minute). Really friendly owner, Andy also - we had a great stay in our campervan for a few nights. We hailed the bus from the end of the lane to Llandridod Wells which is equally beautiful.

February 2025 Just on the last day of a 4 night stay on this campsite. Pitches are enormous and the toilet block is excellent and really clean. Showers are £1 for 5 mins with plentiful hot water and good temperature control. The pitch was opposite the fishing pond affording really good views of fish moving and the dominant red kites patrolling the area. Andy the owner was exceptional in helping us sort our vehicle problem and he seems to know everyone which is very useful. The fishing in February is always hit and miss and this was the case over our stay. Fished 3 times starting off in very cold weather with increaing air and water temperatures. Fished best in the afternoon after daytime warm up and the results were improving as the days progressed. Superb common and mirror carp caught but no sign of any silvers. Maggots were unproductive. Feeder, pellets, glug, and wafters did the trick. Excellent place to tour with plenty around to see and do. Ab Fab 😁

If your looking for a quiet weekend or night away from it all this is the place. Hardly saw another person and such a beautiful place. Only notes is it wasn't clear on where to go to check in and the showers are powered by coins.
