The Mill

The Elan Valley's woodland trails and reservoir dams lie 12 miles away, while Llandrindod Wells with its lake and restaurants is 7 miles off. Builth Wells, useful for Royal Welsh Showground events, sits 15 miles south. The Mill itself occupies quiet countryside near Llandegley, about 1¾ miles from Pen y Bont village and its pub.

This one-bedroom conversion has been restored to a high standard and sleeps two. Downstairs holds a living room with Freeview Smart TV, an electric kitchen with dishwasher and wine cooler, and a shower room. Upstairs, the bedroom contains a kingsize bed and a freestanding bath; an en-suite with toilet is separate. Underfloor heating fed by air source, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. The enclosed garden runs alongside a nearby stream, with patio seating and a BBQ. A private hot tub for three guests sits within the garden. You can park two cars on the property.
