What visitors say
Took the children here today as we was staying in wales. Highly recommend this place the staff are outstanding very welcoming and very polite. The design of the play area for both older kids and toddlers under 3 area was fantastic. Food prices are also good. Will most definitely be going there again.

Very enjoyable for our little one, absolutely loved the size of the toddler area. A lot of softplays seem to add toddler areas as an after thought, but it was a decent size here. As with most soft plays, older children do enter the toddler area, but we payed the same amount for our child, so that also means we're able to enjoy the larger area too. Well thought out frame offers various hot spots for children to play. Ball cannon area, football/cricket/basketball area, mirror path way. Couple of really good slides, multiple entrences. We didn't book ahead of time, so had to use a shared bench for belongings/rest stop. Whilst the area the children are running around/using, it's the areas the children don't have access, that are covered in a layer of dust.

This was our first time visiting with a 2 and a 10 year old. They enjoyed themselves. There was plenty for them to do for the 90 minute slot. 2 year old used the toddler area and the main frame safely. One of us did accompany him on the main frame as he struggled to pull himself up in a couple of places. Toilets were clean and tidy. We had a couple of lattes and I had a tuna melt toastie on ciabatta bread. Very tasty. Boys had drinks and snacks from the vending machine. There is plenty of seating and 2 year old was safe as there is a button up high on the wall to exit. The only thing that might be a negative for others would be the lack of parking on site but to be fair we parked 10 minute walk away and it was a nice day so we had a nice walk through town afterwards.

Nice and clean, easy to find and polite staff, food and drink a little on the expensive side but loved going there, kids had an amazing time. The price for booking was cheap too. Would recommend this place to anyone with kids
