I would rate this hotel higher if I could. Great location, amazingly low price, the room was perfect and more importantly super clean. The owners were super helpful, chatty and even allowed us to check in early. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants near by and even gave us a card that got us money off in a near by restaurant. If I was to ever come back to Llandudno, I would 100% book this hotel again.

we have had a wonderful time, the house and rooms were beautiful and clean. Only a short walk to all restaurants and activities. Joe was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return.
