Here’s a polished revision of your positive feedback: “We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend at Britannia. The hosts, James and Jackie, are truly two of the kindest people you could ever meet. We originally booked and paid for a rear room without a sea view, but the day before our arrival they kindly contacted us to let us know that a sea-view room had become available and upgraded us at no extra cost. On arrival, they also generously offered us their parking space, which they certainly didn’t have to do, saving us from paying for parking along the seafront. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!”

James and Jackie are brilliant hosts. Nothing is to much for them. From their welcome to their good bye they give 100%. Our room was excellent. Our breakfasts were just gorgeous. This was our first stay and we have already booked our next visit. They are both passionate about their jobs and their knowledge of Llandudno is first rate. Thank you both.

Just stayed here here again for 5 nights. James & Jackie are the best hosts around great rooms lovely & clean comfy beds food is quality definitely would recommend to anyone.

There's nothing we didn't like about this lovely accommodation. It's the best breakfast we have ever had, and we have had lots of breakfasts in different establishments. James and Jackie gave us a very warm welcome, and we even had a free upgrade, from a sea view room, to a large seaview room, which was fantastic. The whole place is so clean, and there was nothing too much trouble from them. Jackie has a passion for her front garden, resulting in beautiful coloured blooms, which makes the welcome even nicer. It's about 25/30 minutes walk into town, but a regular bus service runs at the back of the property, which is a great bonus! We didn't have trouble getting parked outside the property on the road. We would definitely go back to this welcoming guest house, and will highly recommend it. Well done and thank you James and Jackie.
