What a hiden gem, Paul & Laurie were such welcoming hosts. Large room and bathroom, very clean Breakfast lovely, attention to detail 👌 and included Car parking a bonus Value for money for a couple of nights peak season. Think we will find it hard to stop anywhere else when visiting Llandudno. 👍

Me and some friends stayed recently for a weekend for a friends birthday and we had a lovely stay!It is in a beautiful location right on the front and you can see beautiful views of all Llandudno from either sides! A 15/20 minute walk or 5 min drive to the centre! Less than 10 mins to Conwy and other close places! The rooms are lovely and clean and spacious! Breakfast is absolutely delicious and has a fab variety! They have a common room for takeaways but we used it too play some games it was so handy!!And the host are welcoming, friendly and more than helpful!

A flawless stay from start to finish. The Grafton strikes the perfect balance between hotel-quality accommodation and the genuine warmth of a family-run B&B. Hosts Paul and Laurie go above and beyond to look after their guests. My room was clean, quiet, and had a breathtaking sea view across the promenade. The freshly cooked breakfast was top-tier with a good variety. Excellent value for money in a great location - Highly recommended!

Loved staying here, didn't want to leave. Paul and Laurie are so welcoming and friendly. Immaculate with everything we needed. Quiet in the evening. Food was excellent. Will definitely stay again!
