We had a lovely stay last week and it was great value for money with a good breakfast included. The room was very clean and comfy. We loved the little details they had thought about, eg there was a bottle opener, cups for hot drinks, tumblers and wine glasses which you don't often expect with a b and b. Great location and great hosts. Will definitely stay again when in Llandudno. The free parking was another added bonus.

Highly rated on Google and booking.com for a reason. Lovely warm welcome from Phil, who allowed me to park on the main front driveway. Arrived early and didn't expect to check in straight away, but the room was ready and he allowed us check in.. Shown round room and it was very clean and comfortable.. Good location right in the middle of a quiet area in Llandudno.. 10 mins walk to pier. Londis store nearby for convenience. Full English Breakfast was great also, only between 8am-9am but that was fine, as it's cooked fresh. Thanks to the owners, will be using you again soon. Stewart.

We had a lot of problems with our flight, but the host was extremely friendly and fantastic. He resolved everything quickly and was very reachable by phone. We really appreciate his flexibility and thank him very sincerely for everything, and we hope to see each other again sometime. Also the house and the rooms were beautiful and cosy!

Super place to stay! Close to all the attractions/cafes/restaurants and of course the beautiful promenade. The House is fabulous, so clean and fresh and the room was cosy and inviting. Love having tea and coffee in the room plus water and some cheeky little jelly babies! Tasty breakfast with everything you could want.
