We had a brilliant stay at Henstent Park and can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The team showed us exactly where to unload, where to park, and took the time to chat with us about the local area and the amazing wildlife, including the peregrine falcons, buzzards and kingfishers that can be seen around the river. The setting itself is absolutely stunning. Whether it's sunshine, wind or rain, it's the kind of place where you can truly switch off from the stresses of everyday life and enjoy being surrounded by nature. Our 5-year-old son absolutely loved exploring, spotting the wildlife and going for walks, it was the perfect family getaway. There's also a lovely local pub just a 10-minute walk away, which was a great bonus after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a fantastic experience for so many reasons. The peaceful surroundings, the warm welcome and the beautiful location made it a stay to remember. We would 100% return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henstent Park to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature.

We loved our first camp of the season here! The grass pitches are on a gorgeous stretch by the river with a view of the mountains and plenty of sheep. The grass pitches are quite limited which is great for privacy. All come with electric hook up and drinking water access, as well as a picnic table and table for cooking on. The toilet and shower facilities are really well kept and accessible. Only a short, very scenic drive into Bala or across to Powis Castle. We will definitely be returning in the warmer months ahead.

An amazing view all around , stream and sheep welcoming you when you wake up in the morning. Facilities really clean, area quiet peaceful all day and night long. Will be back even though it is a 5 hour drive for us. Thank you.

Great location right by the river, everyone was really lovely and welcoming. Being on the campsite, the shower and toilet block was immaculate, clean, tidy, and really well looked after. Would highly recommend.
