Absolutely stunning place! Just come back from a fabulous very hot Bank holiday weekend. lovely owners who go above and beyond to help. All amenities on site, play park, fire pits and logs ( at cost), wash up area, showers and toilets combined, easy if you have little ones to shower, as they are plenty big enough. New additional showers being built at present, but wait times were minimal or do what we did and go later in the evening. No shop on site but it's 20 minutes to the town on foot, and a beautiful walk. The river runs along the side of the site and this was a god send for the kids in the hot weather.

2 night midweek stay, grass pitch no electric. Great level field. Park anywhere. Location right on an accessible river. Facilities kept clean. Short walk to the town. Would definitely stay again

Little Gem of a campsite 💎 Andrew & Janet are really friendly hosts The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of nooks & crannies & mature & diverse trees. The River that runs along the campsite is very clean. Will be back 🙏 ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lots of room, great washing and toilet facilities. The river is perfect for paddling and I was able to swim up and down for some length too. I'll definitely come again
