Moleshill Retreat

My partner booked this for us it was a great way to spend a few hours, good value for money. Going between the ice barrel and the sauna on a frosty February morning was great, we both enjoyed and will be back. Thank you and best of luck.

We have had two wonderful visits to the moleshill retreat so far. The sauna’s setting is wonderful, the view from there is absolutely breathtaking, so peaceful and relaxing. After a sauna and ice bath session in those stunning surroundings you feel very refreshed and rejuvenated! I would highly recommend as an experience for a couple to spend quality time together. Great quality secluded sauna with a pretty view, although we visted during bleek Welsh rainy and windy day. It was totally worth it. Lara is a great host and a cosy cabin for hot chai afterwards. We’ll definitely be back!

I have spent several afternoons and mornings up at the moleshill retreat now. I keep going back because it is such a treat for mind, body and soul. Going up with good friends or hubby to chat, lookout over the incredible view and challenge myself with how long I can stay in the cold plunge after the hot sauna. All of it leaves me feeling refreshed and nourished. Lara is the perfect host explaining everything fully, thinking of all the small details from towel wraps for your hair to the tastiest warm drinks and refreshing flavoured waters. The whole experience is just perfect for retreating from the hustle of every day life and treating yourself to some quality r&r. 10/10 highly recommend it xx
