Gwarffynnon Barn

Gwarffynnon Barn is a converted farm building on working land in Ceredigion, done to a good standard with stone walls and exposed beams throughout. Everything is on the ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and an open-plan living space that flows into the kitchen and dining area. There's also a sofa bed and a single pull-out bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. An enclosed garden with patio furniture backs onto the property, and one dog can stay free provided it remains on a lead in this sheep farming area.

The kitchen is fully set up for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, microwave and coffee machine. Oil central heating keeps the place warm, and essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are included. Parking is available for two cars. The barn sits seven miles from the harbours at Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and New Quay, where you'll find pubs, restaurants and beaches; dolphins and porpoises are regularly spotted offshore. Snowdon and its walking routes lie to the north, while Ceredigion's interior holds market towns and castles across countryside that suits walkers, mountain bikers and climbers equally well. No smoking throughout the property.
