If you want a site with beautiful views quiet and well run ! This is the place for you . The owners are very pleasant and helpful always ready for a chat and very happy to help you with your Caravan . Maesbach is very well placed for the town of Lampeter and within easy reach of Aberaeron and New Quay .

Not recommend at all they just want your money. Owners are horrid to you its their way or the highway. They all smiles when you part with money. They sell you a static caravan which they don't tell you is too old to sell on. But it's OK for them you sell it one rule for them another for you. You have been warned!!

Been here nearly 11years. Peaceful but close to tourist areas. Plenty of great walks. Within walking distyof the local pub which serves great food.

Very relaxing and the views are breathtaking. The owner is very warm and welcoming it's a must to visit
