Vikingar in Largs- The story of the strong links between the Norsemen and the Scots of the Isles and the West Coast told by a fully dressed Viking lady- with fantastic storytelling skills. First you enter and sit in a recreation of the hub of a Viking longhouse….after the story you can don Viking attire! You then progress into Valhalla. Further on are some interactive displays. A fun fascinating afternoon.

You can feel the amount of work that was put into the tour about the vikings. The rooms are decorated with a variety of items and the atmosphere is immersive. The tourguide does a great job of explaing without feeling you bored. The tour took about an hour. Before the tour, you can wait in a small, open cafe. It wasn't quite new, but the food tasted great and the price was fair. There are also offers like a swimming area if want to do some sports so its a mixture of the tour and a sport parc. Overall its great, but you shouldn't expect a brand new golden building.
