Upstairs, a second living area provides extra space for a larger group.

The property sits on the Ayrshire coast within Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park, a short walk from the shore and about 200 yards from the owner's home. Largs—with its shops, restaurants and promenade—is close by, while the wider area offers ferries to islands (Cumbrae, Arran, Bute) and the Cowal Peninsula, plus the Ayrshire Coastal Path for walking, and access to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs. There are gardens, castles, golf courses and cycle routes to explore inland; Glasgow and Edinburgh are reachable by train for the day.
