What visitors say

Amazing paintball experience! The place is very well-organized and looks quite premium. You can really see how huge and diverse the locations are — plenty of space, different scenarios, and great atmosphere overall. That said, I truly believe the experience also depends a lot on the people you come with, and in our case it was a fun and memorable day. Everything was clear, smooth, and enjoyable. One small note from my side: unfortunately, I forgot my coat near the key area. You might remember me — the one who went to get the key and had to leave a bit earlier, sadly. If possible, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know whether it was found and if it can be sent to me by post. I would be very grateful 🙏 Thank you for a great experience, and hopefully see you again!

The boys have had a fantastic time. It was a great experience for a small group of mixed ages children. The facilities are well equipped for bringing your own food, drinks and snacks for the breaks. The Marshall was super friendly and polite allowing parents to watch the last game and guiding the kids through out the games.

Went here recently for a paintball session and it was fun overall. The staff were super friendly and explained all the rules really well. They gave us a full safety briefing, all the gear we needed, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. There were three different maps to play in, and they were really well designed and fun to explore. The only huge downside was the cost. First the entry fee and then they only give you 100 paintballs for free, and they run out super fast. Buying extra paintballs is very expensive, and you end up spending a lot more than expected if you actually want to keep playing properly. The snacks and drinks at the venue were also quite overpriced, which made the whole thing feel a bit too costly for what you get. Not to mention, And if you’re not from Upminster, travelling there is another expense on top of everything. By the end, it just didn’t feel worth the total amount spent. The terrible pricing completely kills the experience. Would’ve been a much better day out if the paintballs and refreshments were even slightly more affordable.

I have to say this will be my last paintball. My 3rd and last one. I didn’t expect how pushy one the staff to get us buy the paintballs as we only have 100 balls. It put me off even if I wanted to buy more but he doesn’t have a sales kills as he was impatient and so serious for us to buy the package one. My friends had to make the most of the remaining balls they have and some of didn’t enjoy it especially it’s quite expensive and my friend who didn’t turn up they have to use the payment as a credit and it will go to waste as we won’t be going back there again or any delta force venue especially this one in Upminster. You also have to “rent” for the locker which is £2 and they said they return the £2 but they give you a coke instead. The only positive I could say is they’re very on time and organised but not so friendly in my honest opinion.
