My stay in Apartment No. 7 did not meet expectations. I found several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including visible mold, rust, and worn furniture. The room phone didn’t work, so I had to go to reception for basic requests, and some were not fulfilled. I also struggled with carrying my suitcase up the stairs, as there are internal stairs inside the apartment. The location is convenient, but the condition of the unit and overall service did not align with what was advertised. I hope the property addresses these issues for future guests.

Great spot to stay and very helpful, friendly staff. Well placed to varied walk and public transport options. Our 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious (bigger the expected) and comfortable. Very clean and fresh also. The showering heads and water were fantastic. That said my one thing is that showers in baths are very slippery so I believe anti slip mats should be available. We asked but not available and we couldn't buy one nearby. Nor was their a grab rail on the wall for secure balance. We were OK by being very careful. A good stay and would stay again if staying in London.

We had an amazing experience at Chesham Apartments. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I want to especially thank Abdulrahman, Robin, Sabrina, Balazs, and the cleaning team for always being helpful, professional, and welcoming. They truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended

Terrible experience! I stayed at the Chesham Court property and the apartment reeked of the previous tenants fragrance and body odor. It was disgusting! Upon complaint, the Manager admitted they didn’t have time to thoroughly clean before my stay. Gross! Manager apologized and agreed to refund my stay as I had to move — it was intolerable! — but they never returned a penny. Liars and cheats. Location is great. Photos are deceiving. Management is fraudulent.
