About The Park Tower Knightsbridge A Luxury Collection Hotel

Knightsbridge is one of London's most polished addresses, within walking distance of Harrods, the V&A Museum and Hyde Park, and it's here that The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel, occupies a 16-floor tower with 280 rooms. Many rooms make the most of the height with city views over the surrounding streets, and all come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and in-room drinks, with accessible rooms also available. Some guests have noted that certain rooms feel a little dated, though the housekeeping standard is consistently well looked after.

The hotel runs a restaurant and bar on site, along with breakfast, room service and a spa, sauna and gym for guests who want to stay active or unwind. Practical extras include laundry and luggage storage, business services and meeting rooms, an electric vehicle charge point, and chargeable valet parking for those arriving by car. The property also caters for weddings and events, with porters and concierge on hand throughout.

Staff are frequently praised for being helpful and for making the most of the hotel's position, pointing guests towards Hyde Park, Harrods and Mayfair with ease. Beyond the hotel doors, Knightsbridge offers plenty of nearby restaurants, pubs and walking routes, making it a straightforward base for exploring this part of London on foot.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, one staff member in particular, Souki, made the situation far worse. From the moment we arrived, we experienced unnecessary delays with our rooms. We had booked three rooms, yet instead of checking us in properly, we were left waiting while being given only one room at a time over the course of several hours. There was no clear communication, no apology, and no effort to resolve the situation efficiently. After a long journey, this was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was Souki’s attitude. Rather than trying to help, she consistently created unnecessary problems and blamed us for issues that were clearly caused by the hotel’s poor organization. Every time there was a problem, she immediately insisted that it was our fault instead of taking responsibility or looking for a solution. Whenever a room key stopped working for any reason, she refused to assist unless the person who originally made the booking was physically present, even though all guests were registered. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she made the process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. She also repeatedly accused us of mixing up names and reservations, acting as though we were under investigation rather than being paying guests. Her tone was disrespectful, dismissive, and confrontational throughout our stay. At no point did she show empathy or a willingness to help. The most shocking part of the experience was when she threatened us with a £1,000 charge, despite the fact that the delays and confusion were caused by the hotel, not by us. The way this was communicated felt intimidating and completely unprofessional. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and resolving problems calmly and respectfully. Unfortunately, Souki did the exact opposite. Her behaviour turned what should have been an enjoyable stay into an unnecessarily stressful experience. We sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously, provides additional customer service training, and ensures that future guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Sadly, because of this experience, we would not choose to stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

I had a wonderful stay at The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Hyde Park and Harrods, making it perfect for exploring London. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Sofia at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile, was incredibly professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading my room. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the overall service throughout the hotel was excellent. Experiences like this are what make a hotel stand out, and Sofia deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London. Thank you, Sofia, for making my stay so memorable!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I genuinely hope no one else has to go through the same disappointing experience. First, the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance and renovation works, with constant drilling and construction noise throughout the day. We were never informed about this before our arrival, despite the significant impact it had on our stay. Secondly, we discovered that we had been placed on a floor that had apparently not been used for months. This was not just our assumption—the hotel manager herself confirmed that the floor had been closed and unused for several months. The rooms were dusty, poorly maintained, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the rooms uncomfortably hot. To make matters worse, the service seemed to get worse every single day. There was little effort made to address the issues we raised, and the overall level of hospitality was far below expectations. One particularly frustrating incident perfectly summarizes the level of service. I ordered a coffee and waited 40 minutes for it, only to be told by a staff member, “I forgot your order.” As a paying guest, receiving basic service in a reasonable timeframe should be the minimum expectation, yet even that could not be delivered. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly will not be returning. In my opinion, this hotel deserves a one-star rating rather than the luxury five-star status it claims to have. The overall condition, service, and guest experience were far below the standards expected from a five-star hotel.
