The Rathbone Hotel Fitzrovia

Our daughter has resided in London for the past 14 years. We travel to London quite often. We have stayed at The Rathbone twice annually for the past several years. I would not stay any place else. The location is quiet, yet central with great dining just steps away in Soho or Fitzrovia. Lucia and the entire Rathbone staff are simply amazing. Their newly renovated rooms are gorgeous, the linens are superb and the amenities are a favorite, Miller Harris. The most important factor that brings us back year after year is the exceptional customer service! I have never been treated so well at any other hotel. Each staff member is very attentive, personable and makes it their mission to make your stay unforgettable. Lucia and her team are top notch. Book a stay at The Rathbone, and enjoy a lovely treat in London!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Rathbone Hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly personable and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was amazing — beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. The bathroom was just as impressive, finished to a high standard and maintained impeccably. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, which really stood out and made our stay even more relaxing. Breakfast each morning was brilliant — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choice to start the day perfectly. What made our visit truly special was the extra mile the hotel went to help us celebrate our first anniversary. We were so grateful for the thoughtful touches — especially the prosseco and chocolates, which was such a lovely and memorable gesture. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic experience at the Rathbone Hotel! We hadn't heard of this hotel before our trip, but it has definitely become our go-to place to stay in London. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. Everything was excellent, but what truly stood out was the breakfast fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to start the day perfectly. We would also like to give a special thanks to Irena, who works in the restaurant. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. She truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel very welcome.
