We had a fantastic 3‑night stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully organised. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere struck the right balance between relaxed and high-end. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the exceptional service—particularly from the Guest Relations Manager, Lidia. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting us with a warm smile and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience. All in all, a truly enjoyable stay—we left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything and everyone were great. Check in was quick and smooth. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast most days, a lunch and a couple of dinners in the restaurant downstairs. The cosmopolitans are amazing!! Also the eggs Benedict at breakfast are my favorite.
