What diners say
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Punjab Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, which really adds to the overall dining experience. The food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was full of rich, authentic flavours and clearly prepared with care. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. The naan was soft and freshly baked, and the spices in the curry were perfectly balanced. You can really tell that the chefs know what they’re doing. What impressed me most was the consistency in quality and the attention to detail in both the food and service. The staff were happy to recommend dishes and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. If you’re looking for authentic Punjabi cuisine with great service and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Punjab Restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Best food in London. Worth a try the oldest pure Punjabi restaurant in London. Great service piping hot food. In the middle of central London / covent garden. Mango lassi best you'll have and butter chicken on the bone to die for creamy and flavourful. Great staff. Real flavours Real Food. And the chutneys are amazing. Definitely worth a try weather with the family or on a date. Smashing food!

This was a wonderful restaurant and the oldest Punjabi restaurant in London. It was very delicious, greatly priced, and the good is just perfect servings. I think it's a great dinner before a show (if you don't get anything too spicy).

One of my favorite restaurants in the world, no exaggeration. Indian cuisine is one of my absolute favorites and Punjab makes the strongest case for it — open since 1946 and still going strong for a reason. Every time I’m in London this is a non-negotiable stop. The move is to order several dishes and share, but the butter chicken and the garlic bread are mandatory — don’t even think about skipping them. Just those two alone and you’ve got a perfect meal. Simple as that. One of those places that never needed to be trendy because it’s never gone out of style.
