East Lindsey's coastline draws families to its sandy beaches and traditional seaside attractions. Golf Road is a detached bungalow set within walking distance of Mablethorpe, where the Seal Sanctuary, amusement arcades and Queen's Park sit alongside the shore. The Lincolnshire Wolds lie inland, with market towns like Louth and Horncastle a short drive away, while walkers and cyclists can explore the unspoilt coast around Gibraltar Point nature reserve further south.

The bungalow is single-storey and sleeps eight across four bedrooms: three doubles and one with bunk beds. One double has its own shower room; the main bathroom contains a bath with shower. The open-plan living and dining spaces flow onto a patio, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. An external games room has a TV, dartboard and board games. All essentials—heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and bed linen—are included; a travel cot and highchair are available. Parking on site accommodates one large car or two small ones, with further space on the road.

The substantial enclosed garden provides outdoor space away from the street. One small dog stays free. The property does not permit smoking. Shops are half a mile away, with a pub and restaurant at a mile's distance.
