Norwood Dairy is a converted barn between Maidstone and Sittingbourne, turned into a two-bedroom cottage for four. The building retains its original oak beams and vaulted ceilings, now paired with underfloor heating throughout. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with a separate kitchen, plus a twin bedroom and shower room accessed by a couple of steps down. Upstairs, a master bedroom with an ensuite bath and shower looks into the oldest part of the structure, where the restored beams are visible.
The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and workspace for cooking proper meals. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. Outside, a small walled courtyard with astroturf and seating offers a sheltered spot, and there is parking for two cars on site. The surrounding countryside is immediate—walks begin from the property itself, and the Blacksmith Arms is within easy reach. This is a no-smoking property and not suitable for hen or stag parties.
