What visitors say
Poor management They canceled my girl's swimming lessons without make-up class or refund. They charge us monthly, even August, and simply told me that the summer intensive lessons are fully booked without any compensation or refund. I didn't receive any email or notification about the intensive lessons. I knew it until I walked past the reception and saw the notice. it is a scam

I use the gym here and its decent. But my biggest gripe is that none of the toilets have toilet brushes, so as you can imagine they are always disgusting. How can they expect people to leave them as they wish to find them, if you don't provide basic items for cleanliness. The worst part is, even the cleaners can't make them better because there are NO brushes which means any mess stays there for long time. Come on Swale Leisure centre sort out this basic hygiene requirement so we don't have to see what other people leave behind.

Everything is fine except the lighting in the badminton court. I think they should add more lights there. It is very difficult to play under low lighting.

Great pool, friendly staff, nice and warm and quiet considering it was Saturday. Love the wave pool and my son loved the slide. Changing areas nice and spacious and clean. The soft play was also a bonus afterwards for adults to relax and have a coffee/snacks. My son was thoroughly worn out when he got home. Great prices for hours of entertainment! Thank you to everyone
