About Mayfield House Hotel & Restaurant
Mayfield House Hotel & Restaurant occupies a period Wiltshire building in the village of Crudwell, near Malmesbury, with the settled, homely character typical of a longstanding country hotel. The setting is quiet and rural, giving guests a base close to Malmesbury itself while remaining away from any bustle.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and accessible rooms are available for those who need them. Guests can expect room service, a laundry service and packed lunches for days out, while the on-site restaurant and bar cover meals and drinks without needing to leave the grounds. There's also a garden to sit out in, plus meeting rooms and business services for those combining a stay with work. Pets are welcome, making it a straightforward choice for guests travelling with dogs.
Outside the hotel, the surrounding area offers golf, fishing and horse riding, along with the Brewery Arts Centre as a point of cultural interest nearby. Further afield, Kemble provides a nearby transport link. Additional pubs, bars and restaurants in the vicinity mean guests have options beyond the hotel's own dining room, whatever the length of their stay.
