Kyre Park is a Georgian house built in 1754, set within 45 acres of private parkland in the Malvern Hills. The property opens onto a sequence of interconnected rooms across three floors, each with its own character. Ground level includes two separate toilets and a kitchen fitted with an Aga, gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher, plus a utility room with laundry facilities. The first floor holds the dining room with an open fire, along with four bedrooms—a super kingsize and three four-posters—each with its own ensuite bathroom and shower. A second floor living room with Freeview TV opens onto four more bedrooms, all kingsize or double, each with ensuite facilities.
The grounds contain five lakes, waterfalls and follies scattered through the landscape, along with a rare Norman dovecote and romantic ruins. A private gym, bike store and garden seating area with a gas barbecue sit within the parkland, though the grounds are shared with the public. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi, electricity and heating are included, as are logs for the open fire. One well-behaved dog can stay free. The house does not permit smoking.
This is a substantial property suited to groups and families seeking space and privacy within a working estate. The nearest town is Malvern, known for its spa heritage and walking trails. Arrival is after 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
