The Malvern Hills dominate the landscape here, and Little Acorns sits at their foot in prime walking country. The village of Barnards Green lies half a mile away with shops, pubs and restaurants, while Malvern itself—home to theatres, leisure facilities and the Three Counties Showground—is roughly a mile distant. This detached, single-storey property gives you the run of a self-contained space with its own entrance and private parking for two vehicles.

Inside, everything spreads across the ground floor: a combined kitchen, dining and living area with a breakfast bar opens via French doors onto an enclosed paved patio with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. The bedroom is a kingsize room, also with doors to the outside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle and there is a separate toilet. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. A small dog can stay free of charge.

The patio and front sitting area are yours alone, though the grounds are shared with the owner's home. Cooking facilities cover everything needed for straightforward meal preparation, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival. No smoking is permitted inside.
