Wooded Camping and Caravanning Club site near Hanley Swan, ten miles from Worcester

About Blackmore Camping and Caravanning Club Site

Blackmore Camping and Caravanning Club Site occupies a lovely wooded spot in a former deer park near Hanley Swan, with the Malvern Hills rising to the west and Worcester barely twenty minutes away by car. The site is well sheltered among mature trees and open grassland, run to the club's reliably high standard, with hardstanding and grass pitches – including a number of fully serviced options – plus modern facilities, a recreation hall, and a play area that keeps families happy.

There's a small shop for essentials and Wi-Fi across the site, though a few visitors mention the connection can be patchy in places. Non-members are generally welcome alongside club members, though it's worth checking rates and availability directly before you travel. The location works well whether you're planning walks on the Malverns or a day exploring Worcester's cathedral and riverside, making it a practical base for a few days in this corner of Worcestershire.

This is a wonderful site to explore the beautiful malvern hills . Also has a nice pleasant dog walk around the sites perimeter. As always with club sites kept very clean too. Plenty of nearby walks and Henley swan with the Swan pub within easy strolling distance. Nearby town of Upton is well worth a visit too. We've been here a few times over the years and will be again without doubt.

We stayed here for 6 nights. The site and all the facilities were immaculately clean. As we stayed in April it wasnt very busy and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. Whilst we stayed here we walked on the Malverns and visited several reserves as well as Malvern and Worcester. The only reason that Ive given a 4 rather than a 5 is the showers which you have to keep pressing for water and the hardstanding was so hard that we struggled to put up the awning. However these are minor things and you can pick a grass pitch if you prefer.

Easily reached from the M5 this is an excellent site with good and well kept facilities. We were given a friendly welcome and given a choice which pitch to choose. You can walk on footpaths into Malvern from the site. Recommend.
