The house spreads across two floors with nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms, sleeping up to 24 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has an ensuite or access to dedicated bathroom facilities; bed sizes range from singles through doubles to kingsize beds, with many rooms offering flexibility through multiple sleeping options.

The ground floor contains two generous living spaces, both with woodburners and television, plus a separate study with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen and dining room are equipped for cooking and entertaining, with two dishwashers and two fridges among the appliances. There is a dedicated games room with snooker and table tennis, a conservatory opening to the garden, and a utility room with two washing machines. An enclosed patio and garden surround the property, complete with climbing frame and garden furniture; on-site fishing and stabling are available by arrangement with the owner.

The grounds contain fenced-off lakes. Parking for up to ten cars is on site, and one pet is welcome to stay free of charge.
