The Smithy

The Smithy stands on a working farm in Worcestershire, a converted space arranged entirely at ground level. Guests step straight into an open-plan living area with a 30-inch TV, games console and dining space, then into a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge. Two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles—are served by a shower room with heated towel rail and shower seat. An external utility room houses a washing machine and freezer for guests' use.

Outside, an enclosed decked garden holds a barbecue and private hot tub. Bike storage and parking for two cars are provided. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. One dog stays free; pets must be kept on a lead throughout the grounds as the property sits within an active farm. No smoking indoors.

The Smithy suits walkers and cyclists exploring the Malvern Hills and surrounding countryside. Brookside Family Farm is nearby. The area offers both rural pursuits and access to market towns with their pubs and restaurants. Arrival is after 3pm, departure before 10am.
